aiever Conversations

A chatbot that only says what you taught it

Customers message at 10pm. aiever answers instantly — from keyword rules and a knowledge base you control. When it does not know, it hands the chat to your team instead of guessing. And the moment a person replies, the bot goes quiet.

  • Answers come only from your approved knowledge base — the bot cannot invent
  • Draft mode: the AI proposes, your agent approves — go automatic when trusted
  • Pauses itself for 24 hours the moment one of your people replies

What WhatsApp AI Chatbot does

Keyword rules first, AI second

Common questions — timings, address, delivery — get instant canned replies without spending a single AI token. The AI only handles what no keyword rule matched.

Grounded, not creative

The AI answers only from the knowledge base you maintain. If the answer is not in it, it escalates to your team rather than improvising. An empty knowledge base means it escalates everything — safe by default.

Draft mode builds trust

Run the first weeks with every AI reply landing as a draft your agent approves or edits before it sends. You see exactly what the bot would have said — before any customer does.

Never talks over your team

The moment one of your people replies in a conversation, the bot pauses there for 24 hours. You can also silence it for a single conversation with one tap in the inbox.

Customer data, sealed per customer

A customer can ask for their own points balance or last purchase and get a real answer, pulled live from your database. The AI has no way to look up anyone else — whose data is read is decided server-side from the verified WhatsApp number, so a leak is impossible by construction, not by polite instruction.

It learns what it could not answer

Every question the bot could not answer is captured and clustered — fifty wordings of “delivery time?” show as one row. Answer it once and the whole cluster closes and becomes knowledge. You also see what customers keep asking for that you do not stock.

Setting it up

How it works

  1. 1

    Feed it your answers

Timings, delivery, returns, current offers — add them to the knowledge base in plain language, in any language your customers write.

  2. 2

    Start in draft mode

The AI drafts replies and your agent approves or edits each one from the inbox. A try-it box shows what it would say before any customer sees it.

  3. 3

    Watch the unanswered page

Questions it could not answer queue up, clustered by meaning. Answering one closes the cluster and the bot grows a little smarter.

  4. 4

    Go automatic

When the drafts are consistently right, flip the switch. Your team still sees every conversation and can step in at any moment.

WhatsApp AI Chatbot — questions we get

Will the AI make things up?

No. It answers only from the knowledge base you approve, and escalates to a human when the answer is not there. Numbers like points balances and purchase totals are injected from your database, never composed by the AI.

Can a customer trick it into showing someone else’s data?

No. The data tools the AI uses accept no customer identifier at all — the server decides whose records are read, from the WhatsApp number Meta already verified. If a customer asks about a different number, a verification code is sent to that number to prove they own it.

What does it cost to run?

AI usage is metered per call and shown on a usage page inside your own admin, so the spend is never a surprise. Replies to customer-initiated chats fall inside WhatsApp’s 24-hour service window, which Meta does not bill as marketing.

Does it understand Tamil or mixed Tamil-English?

Yes. The knowledge base and the AI both work in the languages your customers actually write — including Tamil and Tanglish like “green color saree irukka?”.
