Built in Coimbatore, for shops we have actually stood inside
aiever Marketing is not a generic SaaS ported to India. Every feature in it exists because a real client hit a real problem — a Tally reversal that left phantom points, a Diwali campaign that went out late, an Instagram DM nobody saw for four days.
aiever is a product of Roftr Clouds LLP, a software company based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. We build and run systems for retail, ecommerce, cinema, media and services businesses across India.
The marketing product started as a module inside an ecommerce admin panel. It kept growing because clients kept asking the same question: “We have twelve thousand mobile numbers in Tally. Can you do something with them?” Eventually it was clear this was not a feature of something else. It was the product.
So it was split out — its own repository, its own database, its own release cycle — and rebuilt to be plug-and-play. Today it runs standalone for businesses that have no connection to us otherwise, and alongside our ecommerce platform for the ones that do.
We are not a large company and we do not pretend to be. What you get is direct access to the people who wrote the code, a phone number that a person answers, and a product that changes when a client shows us something it handles badly.

Marketing software fails in Indian retail for one reason: it assumes clean data and a dedicated marketing team. Neither exists. Build for what is actually there.
How we build
Four things we are stubborn about
Fit into the business, do not fight it
Every shop already has a way of billing that works. Software that demands you change it does not get adopted — it gets abandoned by week three. So aiever connects instead of replacing.
Compliance is not optional
Opt-out filtering cannot be a setting somebody forgets to switch on. It runs on every dispatch in every module, and there is no toggle to disable it. That is a design decision, not a limitation.
Build for the messy day
Returns get processed. Numbers are wrong. Campaigns half-fail. The features that matter are the ones that handle those days — reversals, resend-to-failed, per-recipient logs.
The person using it is busy
The people running these campaigns are managing a showroom at the same time. Anything that needs a training manual will not get used, so we keep the screens boring and obvious.
Support that is a phone call
No ticket queue you shout into. Call +91 97904 03333 between 9:00 and 18:30, Monday to Saturday, and you will speak to someone who knows your setup. For anything urgent — a campaign misfiring, a webhook down — WhatsApp is usually faster.
